Part1写给年前还未出货的客户：

相信你很好。
我们今天恢复工作。我写信通知你，你的订单正在处理中，预计将于2022年2月底完成。一旦准备好装船，我会通知你的。

常见的描述恢复工作的语句有：get back to work, resume work, return to work
常见的描述恢复生产的语句：resume operation, resume production
告诉客户已经正式复工了，也可以加上正式的第一句话来明确复工后可以进入沟通主题，这样就不用再去细说了，简单明了。
Part2写给订单可能出现延误的客户：
Hi XX, Hope you are doing well. We resume production today. And I reach you out to let you know that due to raw material shortage, your order will take longer than usual to ship out. You can expect your order to ship by thefirst week of March. Thank you for bearing with us. Let us know if there is anything we can help you with. Part3写给订单谈妥待付定金的客户：

As you know, currently it is peak period and we are experiencing a high volume of orders. The earlier you can place the order, the sooner we can schedule the production. Thank you for your cooperation. 愿一切安好。

In any case, I am attaching herewith the file again and waiting for your feedback. * 如节后价格上调，可以这样说: Because of the raw materialincrease, attached is the updated price list（适用于原材料波动，价格需重新更新给询价客户）
* 如价格有空间，可以这样说：We are giving you X% discount during this holiday season. (适用于节前细节谈拢，卡在价格上，可以借这个节点适当让利一点，促成订单) 愿一切安好。 我们结束春节假期了，目前已经恢复工作。联系您是下温馨提示下，之前发给你的方案（或报价），是否有存在任何疑问呢？ 给你重新附上报价，期待你的回复。
Part5写给潜在新客户：
Hi XXX,
Hope all is well with you. (如果写给马来西亚，印尼，新加坡，韩国等国家的客户，因为他们受中国文化影响，也过春节，可以说，Hope you had a wonderful holiday!)
We got to know that you are in the market for 产品. I've attached our product list 或 price list for you to check out.
